Fixed some bugs

Started working on a different computer and the run times are much lower

+PipelinePredictionScores
- PipelineEstimators.ipynb is now PipelineEstimatorsScores
- Organized file structure

PipelinePredictions estimates the run time of a given pipeline

-All estimator files now return the predicition instead of showing scores

-Re-organized the file structure

Jupyter Notebook to show plots with regression model scores

Adding other classifiers to train on the credit card fraud dataset to obtain run times of different models

Prepared multiple plots to show the R2 score for each regressor model

PipelineEstimator is preparing a dataset to train a Decision Tree Regressor and outputting some metrics of its performance

PipelineEstimator will train a model with the dataset obtained from PipelineCombinations

Increased the range of the arguments

Switched output to a csv file
Restructured the file structure

Pipeline Tester is working with some limitations:

- Precomputed Kernel not working

Function that measures the time the pipeline takes to run

Added shuffle = True to StratifiedKFold
